Renown Miami Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Adam Rubinstein is an award winning, board certified plastic surgeon well regarded for his outstanding work and cutting edge non-invasive and surgical plastic surgery procedures for women and men joins eHealth Radio and the Plastic Surgery Information Channel.
He is a well-known and outspoken patient advocate and is not afraid to speak out about botched plastic surgery, unsafe conditions and questionable clinics related to patient deaths. Dr. Rubinstein is passionate about his mission to educate the public about plastic surgery
Listen to interview with host Eric Michaels & guest Dr. Adam J. Rubinstein discuss the following:
First just remind the audience about your practice and what you specialize in?
You have launched a social media program #itsnotallthesame – why and what are you hoping to communicate to people considering a plastic surgery procedure?
What are the most important things you think people need to know when choosing a plastic surgeon?
During the pandemic is it safe to undergo procedures and are you seeing people getting procedures more or less than pre-pandemic?
Where can people go to see the social posts about #itsnotallthesame and to learn more about you?
Summary: When Choosing a plastic surgeon it is critical to be sure that you really look at the credentials of your doctor. For plastic surgery you should make sure the doctor is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Many other people such as Dentists, Dermatologists, General Practitioners and others who are not Board Certified to do Plastic Surgery Procedures get a quick training course and name themselves Cosmetic Surgeons. My point is that it is not all the same and you would not go to a boat captain to fly you on a plane, or go through a drive through to get procedures. Be mindful as it is your life and your body.
