Brooke Alpert, M.S., R.D., C.D.N., is a nationally recognized nutrition expert and author. She is the founder of B Nutritious (www.b-nutritious.com), and works with a variety of clients to meet nutritional goals that fit within their lifestyle. While focusing on meeting the demands of a busy schedule, Brooke teaches clients how to eat without feeling deprived. An individualized and tailored approach is taken with each client to create a customized eating lifestyle.
Brooke received her Master of Science at New York University and completed her training at Mt. Sinai Hospital in affiliation with NYU. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Greater New York Dietetic Association, Weight Management Group, Women’s Health Group, Integrative and Function Medicine Group as well as the Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition Group.
Her second book, The Sugar Detox: Lose Weight, Feel Great and Look Years Younger (Da Capo) came out in June 2013 and has been sold internationally. Her first book, Healthy Eating During Pregnancy (Kyle Books) was out in 2011.
Brooke is a former equestrian and tri-athlete. She resides in New York City with her husband and their daughter.

1. Child molesters are often someone the child or the parents know. 1 in 6 boys and 1 in 4 girls are molested by age 16. Stranger abduction occurs 1 in 1.5 million.2. Talk to your children about their adult interactions with teachers, coaches, priests and neighbors.3. Sexual predators often communicate with children on line posing as other children.4. Monitor your child’s social media (Facebook, twitter), emails and texts.5. Certain on line games allow your child to play with people they don’t know. Question your child about their on line activity. For example if they are being asked to send pictures or if they are being directed to chat rooms or websites.What to do if you suspect a child is being molested.TATTLE = TATLT – TALK to your child. Ask them specific questions especially if you notice changes in their behavior (becoming withdrawn, bed wetting, decline in school performance).A – Go to the AUTHORITIES. Child molestation is a crime. If you suspect your child is being molested speak with the police. Do not go to the principal, head coach or Monsignor.T – THERAPY. Early professional psychological counseling will prevent years of shame, guilt and pain your child will experience.L – LOVE your child. Let them know they did nothing wrong. Tell them it wasn't their fault and that you are there for them.

Dr. Frank Spinelli is a licensed and board certified internist at Chelsea Village Medical in Manhattan. He is an Associate Clinical Professor at New York Medical College and a fellow of the American College of Physicians. Dr. Spinelli is a board member of the Gay Men’s Health Crisis Center. He is the author of Advocate Guide to Gay Men’s Health and Wellness, published in 2008 by Alyson Books.
Dr. Spinelli appeared as himself on several episodes of Sesame Streethelping Murray define the Word on the Street. Currently, Dr. Spinelli appears monthly on Sirius Radio’s Morning Jolt, and co-hosted a two part show, Speak Out: Real Talk about AIDS on Sirius Radio. Dr. Michael Lin received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley, where he graduated with high honors and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Dr. Lin received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He then completed his dermatology residency training and National Institutes of Health research fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Lin returned to California and accepted the positions of Adjunct Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine and Clinical Instructor at the University of California at Los Angeles David Geffen School of Medicine.

Dr. Heather Clark, PharmD attended the University of Iowa on a National Merit Scholarship, and completed her doctorate in pharmacy (PharmD) there in 1997.
Dr Clark’s post-doctoral training was at the Kansas City Veterans Administration Medical Center, where she completed her (optional) pharmacy practice residency with an emphasis in primary care. She spent her residency rotating through different areas such as primary care (seeing clients in clinic as the primary provider), internal medicine (hospitalized patients), geriatrics, and more.
After her residency, Dr. Clark practiced in many different areas of pharmacy, such as community, long term care, hospital, consultant, and clinical.
She is co-author of “Getting Well: Mind, Body & Spirit” and “Breaking The Barriers: A Woman's Toolkit For Success” and writes about stress and burnout at in her blog at myvibranthealth.com. He attended Medical School of Masaryk University in Brno. He has completed a General Surgery training as well as fellowship training is Surgical Oncology in Europe. He has earned PhD in Biophysics from Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic. He also has Diploma in Minimally Invasive Surgery from University of Louis Pasteur, Strasbourg, France.
In 1999, he relocated to United States. He worked as a clinician/scientist at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN. He spent 4 years at Mayo Clinic. “I have not only learned and perfected cutting-edge strategies that promotes healing and recovery, but internalized most important lesson in practicing medicine – the needs of the patient come first”.
