Changing your views on how life works with Corinna Stoeffl
Friday Nov 01, 2019
Friday Nov 01, 2019
Corinna Stoeffl, a counsellor, life coach, photographer, author and Right Voice for You facilitator joins eHealth Radio and the Health News and Personal Development Channels. An Access Consciousness facilitator and mother of two, Corinna's diverse career path has equipped her with a unique skill set, incredible sense of self-awareness and wisdom, which she shares with her clients, and children.
Listen to interview with host Eric Michaels & guest Corinna Stoeffl discuss the following:
If we are dealing with a change in our life like losing a job, changing jobs, moving house, getting married, becoming a parent, getting divorced, someone dying, what would be your advice to offer someone feeling overwhelmed in this time of transition in their lives?
How can we use questions to look at things from different angles when facing big changes?
Why is it important to get the support for ourselves from a Right Voice coach like yourself, in making choices and actualizing possibilities so you can create the life you love during a time of change?
What happens when you have someone around you who offers no judgement of what your life should be like to support you through a time of change?
What would be one easy to use and effective tool that you can use in any situation to have more clarity and ease when working with change in our lives?
Corinna Stoeffl has a Masters in Counseling and has worked several thousand hours as a life coach with people to create the change they desired. Corinna Stoeffl is fascinated with words and language. It is important to her that the meaning of the word is reflected in the way it is used. She enjoys the conversations where both are able to let go of their respective points of view and explore a subject by looking at it from a variety of different angles. She loves to ‘philosophize’. In her view, the way we use words reflects on the relationships we have with others, as well as the relationship we have with ourselves. The words we use can give us so much information in that regard.
As a facilitator of Right Voice for You, a specialty program of Access Consciousness®, Corinna loves to support others, especially artists and small business owners to find their voices, to express what is important to them.

Thursday Aug 15, 2019
Thursday Aug 15, 2019

Dr. Murad’s mission is to teach people how to manage cultural stress through a comprehensive treatment plan he describes in his published books and on his website.
Listen to interview with host Eric Michaels & guest Dr. Howard Murad discuss the following:
What is Cultural Stress and when did you first identify it?
Do you think things like our digital devices and cellphones are contributors?
Why do you think that people are so stressed out? Is it worse than ever?
You say that there are three ways to determine if a person is a victim of Cultural Stress? What are they?
Dr. Howard Murad is recognized as The Father of Modern Wellness® based on his years of expertise as a board-certified dermatologist and pharmacist whose holistic health approach recognizes the mind/body/skin connection in living a healthier, happier life – at any age. Dr. Murad’s ability to “connect the dots” linking cellular hydration, nutrition, joyful exercise, creative expression, reducing cultural stress, and efficacious skincare, are unique contributions to Modern Wellness.
A practitioner not just of medicine but of the philosophy of health, Dr. Murad has been studying the effects of the environment, nutrition, and lifestyle on skin and overall wellness since 1972. In 1989 – at the age of 50 – he founded Murad, Inc. and launched the first science-backed, doctor-branded skincare line. Understanding that healthy skin comes from the inside out, Dr. Murad was the first to also introduce “internal skincare” first through supplements and later expanding it to include mental and emotional wellbeing which became the beginning of the Inclusive Health® movement.
Having treated over 50,000 patients and counting, Dr. Murad hopes to inspire people to achieve not just beautiful skin – but greater health and happiness inside and out. Dr. Murad’s inclusive health protocol has been fundamental in reversing the effects of “Cultural Stress,” a condition he named and identified as the constant and pervasive form of stress due to modern day living which has been scientifically shown to have a negative impact on cellular health.
Dr. Murad’s impact on healthy living reaches far beyond his legendary skincare line. Today, much of Dr. Murad’s work involves teaching people how to manage cultural stress through a comprehensive treatment plan he describes in his published books and online at www.drhowardmurad.com.
