Tip:  Decide that you are worth living a healthy lifestyle and get moving, even if its only 30 min you can take break it down to 10-15 minutes at a time and try to change just 1 meal a day to a healthy meal and you are well on your way.

Elizabeth Colen is Ms. Fit One. She is a Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Certified Nutritionist who is also a television and radio personality. Elizabeth is now the star of her own television show called Ms. Fit One. Elizabeth was featured on reality TV as well as Money Talks and Chat Zone. You might have heard her speak on Real World Weight Loss, the Oneness Wellness Lifestyles Show with Shifa, or CORE Radio.  Perhaps you read one of her featured articles in Flourish Magazine, Courageous Women Magazine, Ms. Fitness or Megku Magazine where her goal is to help others on their journey to a healthy lifestyle. Elizabeth recently joined "It's a Glam Thing" as their premier Fitness Expert where she is seen on television throughout the US educating viewers about fitness, nutrition and exercise.
Elizabeth knows the struggle of losing weight because she fought the battle with obesity.  She was once a size 24 and lost over 115 pounds. Elizabeth won her battle through diet and exercise and kept the weight off for several years. She knows that you can do the same. She relocated to the Charlotte, North Carolina area where she trains and uses her fitness expertise to help others meet their goals. Her mission is to guide you on your path to healthy living. It is a lifestyle and she wants you to live your life to the fullest.
