He holds several key patents and is the co-inventor of the IdentRx™ medication verification system. Alan has extensive experience leading international teams in the research and development of therapeutics and medical devices. He began his research and development career at Elan Pharmaceuticals where he designed and managed clinical drug trials, drug development protocols and safety infrastructures for investigating treatments of traumatic brain injury and peri-operative pain management.
