A graduate of Centennial College’s post graduate, Workplace Wellness & Health Promotion Program in 1995 and former college instructor on stress-management, Rosalie delivers quality, well-crafted Stress and Nutrition presentations (over 800, since 95). She also assists clients through individual nutritional consulting and private stress-relief coaching.
Her mission is to provide business and government audiences, and individuals with maximum well-being and vitality. Moscoe combines an inspirational and exhilarating learning atmosphere along with step-by-step practical applications that help people enhance their life journeys.
She is author of CD Audio Program, Food & Mood: A Love/Hate Relationship. Also, she has penned Amazon’s bestselling book, Frazzled Hurried Woman! Your Stress Relief Guide to Thriving...Not Merely Surviving (which includes two chapters on nutrition) and DVD Video and CD Audio Program, Less Stress: More Success! A former college instructor, Rosalie taught “A Wellness Approach to Stress Management” at Centennial College in Toronto in 1999.
