August 4, 2013

Paula Stephens, Owner of Paula Stephens Wellness who works with clients to change life's overwhelming aspect into successful healthy changes joins eHealth Radio and the Fitness and Nutrition Information Channels.

Listen to interview with host Eric Michaels & guest Paula Stephens discuss the following:

  • Why is WC an emerging field?
  • How is Wellness Coaching different from Personal Training?
  • Who is the ideal client for Wellness Coaching?
  • What would someone look for when hiring a Wellness Coach?
  • What benefits should someone expect from working with a WC?
  • What advice would you give someone wanting to improve their health?

TIP:  Working with a WC will increase success and improve overall health by focusing on the things that are most important to each individual. Wellness is more about total health not just physical health. The biggest problem people have improving the quality of their life is sticking with making change happen and with knowing what the best next move is. WC address both of these making people more successful and taking steps that are right for them.
