Dr. Alix Nassiri is a Board Certified Addiction Medicine Physician, an Anesthesiologist and Founder of REACH Wellness & Recovery, a cutting-edge brain institute based in the Los Angeles area.Dr. Nassiri founded REACH Wellness & Recovery 4 years ago in Pasadena, and recently launched a new state-of-the-art REACH facility in Burbank to help patients with a full range of behavioral health issues, ranging from substance and alcohol use disorders, to depression, PTSD, general anxiety disorders, OCD, and Chronic Pain.REACH is one of the few institutions in behavioral health that is physician founded and operated, and incorporates a multidisciplinary team approach to care, along with cutting-edge medical therapies. The combination of this groundbreaking medical care with an innovative and sophisticated treatment that is individually tailored to each patient, has made REACH the go-to facility for those seeking the absolute most advanced care possible. With services ranging from both outpatient detox to concierge in-home detox with 24 hour nursing care, Ketamine Infusion Therapy, Intravenous NAD+ infusions, EMDR, Psychotherapy, counseling, toxicology testing, and pharmaco-genetic testing and medication management of psychiatric meds. While in the past addiction was the main focus of care, Dr. Nassiri and his team of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Therapists, and other specialists, manage the full range of mental and physical health issues, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, Chronic Pain, Bi-Polar disorders, OCD, chronic binge eating and other varying disorders.Dr. Nassiri utilizes cutting-edge medical therapies from Ketamine Infusion, Alpha-Stimulation, NAD+ infusions, and other medications to help restructure and reconfigure the traumatized mind and allow for more traditional behavioral health modalities to have their intended effect.“All people have to navigate the human condition, which brings with it variable stressors and anxieties, often accumulating over time and creating a chronic traumatic experience that can no longer be processed with our built-in, innate coping mechanisms. Some people turn to self-medicating with drugs or alcohol, while others, become completely crippled or unregulated by their mind, unable to function on a daily basis. Our approach at REACH is radically different, by not just medically detoxing the patient, but using an advanced medical approach to help attenuate the effects of this cumulative trauma, and from there paving the way for the care of the complex patient via a multidisciplinary approach; addressing all components of the brain from a 360 degree angle.” – Dr. NassiriDr. Nassiri is a graduate of University of California, where he was a Regent scholar, and went on to complete medical school at Western University of Health Sciences. Mr. Twenty Twenty, from FreeNeville.com where Mr Twenty Twenty shares the teachings of Neville Goddard, and how to use your imagination to create your ideal life joins eHealth Radio and the Personal Development and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Channels.
Listen to interview with host Eric Michaels & guest Mr. Twenty Twenty discuss the following:Tell us what happened at the riot & briefly how you got traumatized back in 1989.How did you begin your healing/recovery?After surviving this circumstance, did you think you could do anything? Were you fearless? And did it help you discern what is important/what to worry about? How has this shaped the direction & purpose of your life? You say Neville Goddard became a huge influence? Who is he & how does his work effect your life and healing from PSTD.
Duration: 13:16
Back in 1989, I was a young newlywed man, who did what just about everyone does everyday, I got up, got dressed and went to work. Four hours later, I was taken hostage in one of the three worst prison riots in United States history – the Camp Hill Prison Riots.
“Back then, I suffered with a condition known as PTSD – Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. PTSD for me was a living hell, living with nightmares, flashbacks, severe self doubt – literally all my symptoms were caused by my IMAGINATION BEING OUT OF CONTROL.”
In time, I cured myself of all that, and became PTSD FREE by taking control of my imagination. So for me, I really needed to do what Neville Goddard promises is possible. I needed to become a new man again, and create a new reality for me, and I knew that to do that required that I learn everything I could about running my own mind, and that is what brought me to Neville Goddard.
