Eileen Kopsaftis is a chronic pain expert, nutrition educator, and the founder of Have Lifelong Wellbeing. She’s also a best-selling author of two books:

She’s been helping people get out of pain and age well for over 30 years. It’s her mission to dispel inaccurate information and misunderstandings about how the human body is designed to move and train, and what really promotes healthy aging.
