Mr. Woodward has a MHA (Master of Science in Health Care Services Administration from Trinity University) and a Business Management (BBA) from the University of Texas at Austin.

Before that, he was Administrator of Surgical Services for the South Texas Veterans Health Care System for 5 years after completing his Masters degree.
