Born in Podgorica, Montenegro, Anita Covic has always had a love for traveling the globe and meeting new people.  From Italy and France, to Spain, Greece, United Emirates, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and the United States, she understands the way that singles connect with those from other countries and cultures.  That knowledge has benefitted her in her position as Dating Specialist for top international online dating sites AnastasiaDate.com and AsianDate.com.
Covic spent her senior year of high school in New York as an exchange student that solidified her love for living abroad.  She connected with the culture of New York City as it represents the main philosophy of life and diversity.  She now calls New York City her second home.
Covic graduated from the UDG University in Podgorica, Montenegro with a Bachelor of International Economics and Finance.  She holds a Masters of Arts in public relations and communication from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri.
She began her professional career at Webster University as a Recruiting Coordinator where she was responsible for strategically designing and implementing admission events and campus visit programs while also representing the University’s graduate programs at local, national and international recruitment events. 
Upon moving to New York for her career, Covic served as Public Relations Manager for Volta Group.  She created and executed campaigns for the start-up by connecting with all major media and created and managing social media networks.
In Montenegro, she served as a journalist with the Daily Papers.  She was responsible for collecting and analyzing macro-economic data, conduct research and editing articles.
Covic brings her expertise of communications, social media, event planning, promotional campaigns and more to her role as Dating Specialist for AnastasiaDate.com and AsianDate.com.
Covic is proficient in English, Italian, Spanish and Serbo – Croatian while also possessing a working knowledge of Portuguese.
