Dr. Jacob Haiavy has been practicing cosmetic surgery in his fully accredited surgery center since 2001. He graduated from New York University, where he was awarded the Alumni Medal, attended Mount Sinai Medical School in New York, and continued there with an internship in General Surgery. After completing his fellowship in Texas with Howard Tobin, M.D., former president of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, he moved to Southern California to practice in Rancho Cucamonga and Beverly Hills.

Dr. Haiavy is the Immediate Past President of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, where he directed a full body and facial cosmetic surgery fellowship training program. The author of a number of scientific articles on cosmetic surgery published in leading cosmetic and plastic surgery journals, he has also served as faculty for cosmetic breast, body, and facial rejuvenation courses and is a member of the faculty of Loma Linda University.
