Listen to interview with host Eric Michaels and guest Beth Bell discuss the following:
- You mention in the book introduction that your parents questioned whether you should publish the book. Why were they so concerned?
- What would you say the main theme of your book is? What's the message that you want to get across?
- You talk about Breaking through beliefs and tapping into inner wisdom. What exactly does that mean?
- You have a very intriguing title, but it doesn’t give us any clues as to how they are related to each other or the content of the book. Can you give us the cliff notes?
- What’s your ultimate goal?
- What do you mean by expanded states of consciousness? If we’re not sleeping, aren’t we all conscious?
