Her education and life experience have equipped her with a deep knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and the importance of preventive care. Drawing on her education and experience, she will helps clients create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits their unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. Through her HealthELifestyle program, clients work on dietary and lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
