Kenia Andrade is the Women’s Wellness Specialist and IGC Pharma Marketing Manager. Kenia is responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging her organizational skills and deep knowledge of marketing tactics. In her role, Kenia strives to make a positive impact within the pharma and wellness industry. With a passion for continuous learning, Kenia has pursued various certifications and completed courses from esteemed institutions such as Yale University, Case Western Reserve University, and the University of Virginia. These certifications include Women in Leadership: Inspiring Positive Change, The Science of Well-Being, Creativity and Leadership with Anna Wintour. Passionate about women's wellness, Kenia has been actively involved with Holief, a natural, plant-based wellness brand dedicated to empowering women. She supports the brand's mission of prioritizing self-care and self-love through a comprehensive range of products. Kenia values inclusivity, building an authentic community, and promoting a holistic approach to wellness. She believes in the importance of quality, transparency, and sustainability, ensuring that Holief products meet the highest standards.
Dr. Juanita Arbelaez is an accomplished Clinical Research Physician with a strong background in medicine and a passion for advancing healthcare through scientific research. Currently serving as a Clinical Research Physician at IGC PHARMA, she is dedicated to ensuring the safety and effectiveness of investigational drugs through the design and oversight of clinical trials. Dr. Juanita has also gained valuable experience as a Medical Doctor at FALCK Group, Colombian Red Cross, and AXA Partners, where she provided comprehensive medical care to patients.
With a foundation in medicine from Fundación Santa Fe de Bogota, Dr. Juanita served as a Medical Intern in various specialties, including Pediatric Surgery, Plastic Surgery and Burn ICU, and Head and Neck Surgery. She further enriched her knowledge as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant in Pharmacology and Physiology at the University of the Andes.
Driven by a commitment to education and mentorship, Dr. Juanita served as the ANDAR Mentorship Team Leader, supporting students in overcoming challenges and achieving academic success. She holds a minor in Education, specialization in Epidemiology for Public Health Practice, certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) from the American Heart Association, and currently pursuing a Master’s in Epidemiology and Public Health.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Juanita effectively communicates with diverse patient populations. Her expertise in clinical research, combined with her compassionate approach to patient care, makes them a valuable asset in healthcare.
