Yumble, the only kids meal delivery service
Saturday Jul 16, 2022
Saturday Jul 16, 2022
Joanna Parker, Co-Founder of Yumble, the only kids meal delivery service and a mom of three joins eHealth Radio and the Family, Children’s Health & Health News Channels.
Listen to interview with host Eric Michaels & guest Joanna Parker discuss the following:
When did you found Yumble and how did you get your start?
Tell us a bit about your story and why you founded Yumble and how your goal is to help kids eat healthy and help busy parents.
Does this help establish a healthy relationship with kids at an early age?
How have you revamped the New Yumble to meet the needs of busy parents and kids recently?
This is the only kids meal delivery service for kids 4 to 12—tell us how it works? And how do you reward kids?
Summary: The new and improved Yumble, is the first and only meal delivery service that empowers kids to plan and pick their meals and get rewarded for eating healthy. The new Yumble offers a solution to a daily challenge faced by parents everywhere, especially working parents: the obligation to provide nutritionally balanced meals every day that kids will actually eat and enjoy.
Kids can go to yumblekids.com , or the new YumbleKids App, to plan their own meals, choosing from Yumble’s carefully curated menus designed specifically for kid appeal. Meals are ordered via a parent-approved ‘shopping cart’ and delivered straight to your door, ready to heat up and eat up. Kids can accumulate points for making smart choices, such as cleaning their plates and trying new things. Points are tracked on a virtual dashboard, and an exciting rewards catalog helps children set their goals.
Yumble was born after my billionth conversation with friends, complaining about how difficult and frustrating it was to get healthy meals on the tables for our kids every single day. I decided to see if anyone else felt this pain point, so I posted anonymously on a Facebook mommy group. When I offered to cook a week’s worth of meals for strangers (no name, no pictures, no menu!) I was bombarded with so many “Yes! Please! Where do I sign up??” that I had to turn some people away. After delivering the first week of meals - based on a menu I had created on my iphone while I was in Vermont since I didn’t anticipate getting so many immediate orders from that single post - I was again overwhelmed with how many customers wanted meals again the next week, and the week after, and the week after.
When David saw the immediate interest and traction, he jumped on board. We built a simple website that could process orders, brought on Dan Trieman who had previously built Hello Fresh USA from 0 boxes to 100,000 boxes, and very quickly built Yumble into what it is today.
While the idea was born out of my own pain point and sheer need, the inspiration for Yumble really came out of my passion for helping children develop positive, healthy eating habits from a young age. Meal time for kids can be stressful, filled with drama, and unenjoyable. Helping parents avoid this daily negative experience and turning it into a fun, exciting, wholesome one is my passion. I am committed to helping children all across America develop better habits that will last them a lifetime.

Orit Krug, founder of Orit Krug, Inc. and an award-winning, board-certified Dance/Movement Therapist who helps individuals and couples who have experienced trauma repair their damaged relationships joins eHealth Radio and the Health News and Relationship Channels.
Listen to the interview with host Eric Michaels & guest Orit Krug as they discuss the following:
You deal specifically with people and couples who have trauma. What percentage of people have gone through some type of trauma? And while we know that obvious things like sexual abuse and domestic violence constitute trauma, what are some more subtle types of trauma?
Why does trauma often lead to people sabotaging their relationships? Take me through the process of how trauma translates to the potential destruction of what might have previously been a loving relationship?
Why can Dance/Movement Therapy succeed where traditional talk therapy may not? Can it be effective to do both?
You base your Dance/Movement Therapy practice on neuroscience. What does that mean, and what advantage does that bring to your clients?
I’m assuming that if people don’t want to actually dance, they can engage in movement. What types of movement can typically be used in a session? How simple or complex can these movements be?
How long should a person or couple expect to be in Dance/Movement Therapy before they see results?
TIP: Dance/Movement Therapy can be a very effective adjunct to traditional talk therapy. Instead of just sitting and talking (which can still be very helpful for many), Dance/Movement Therapy uses your body and movement as the primary medium of connecting with yourself, understanding your emotions and patterns, and working together in the therapeutic relationship. When therapy is approached this way, it allows us to bypass the mind’s defenses while promoting mind-body integration that creates change much more quickly and deeply than traditional therapies. However, it’s much more effective to get involved with a Dance/Movement Therapist who understands the neuroscience behind the movements and why they work. A therapist with this depth of knowledge understands the type of treatment and movements that will affect the parts of the brain and nervous system that can truly catalyze the changes that each client is looking for.
Orit Krug is an award-winning Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist and Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (NY) who holds a Master of Science in Dance/Movement Therapy. Ms. Krug specializes in helping high-achieving individuals and couples excel in their love lives without self-sabotage.
For over 12 years, Orit has transformed the lives of more than 5,000 clients from 11 different countries. Her online programs have helped thousands break free from their unhealthy, trauma-driven relationship cycles and experience positive transformations in their love lives.
Before starting her online business, Orit led thousands of therapy sessions with psychiatric patients who went from feeling suicidal to joyfully dancing and reigniting their desire to live again within less than an hour. Orit has been featured in Elephant Journal, ThriveGlobal, Authority Magazine, as well as being quoted in SELF & INSIDER.
She currently lives in the suburbs of NYC with her husband and their 2-year-old son.

Scalar Energy Healing with Tom Paladino
Thursday Jul 14, 2022
Thursday Jul 14, 2022
Tom Paladino a scalar energy researcher with 30 plus years experience helping people with chronic pathogenic illnesses joins eHealth Radio and the Health News Channel.
Listen to interview with host Eric Michaels & guest Tom Paladino discuss the following:
Where does Scalar Energy originate and can you describe its nature?
What is the difference between Scalar Energy and electromagnetic energy?
How does Scalar Energy disassemble pathogens?
How does Scalar Energy assemble nutrients inside the human body?
How does Scalar Energy allow you to treat people by way of their photograph?
Please explain how you know this works.
Scalar energy is the fundamental life force found everywhere in the world, space and universe. It originates from the sun and stars. Chi, prana, OM, mana, life force, torsion energy or zero-point energy are synonymous terms for scalar energy.
Tom Paladino began research with scalar energy during his undergraduate years. Inspired by various scientists, especially Nikola Tesla (the genius who invented alternating current), he was curious to learn more about the existence of an energy that was not of the electromagnetic spectrum. He pursued a course of independent study in order to better understand and subsequently harness scalar energy, as this emerging science is not taught at the university level.
One of his scientific predecessors was T. Galen Hieronymus, a resident of Georgia and one of the few scalar energy researchers in the United States in the last century. After Galen’s death, Tom was given access to the researcher’s notes and his instruments.
Some of Galen’s inventions, according to a 1977 magazine article, were “quasielectronic instruments that could (a) analyze the component elements of an ore sample without spectroscopic, chemical or other orthodox methods, and, most surprising of all, (b) influence (even kill) living organisms, even from vast distances, with no scientifically understandable mechanism at the other end.”
Tom theorized that all energy in the universe initiates as scalar energy; and that the sun of our solar system and the stars of the universe are the points of origin, “the storehouses,” for scalar energy. He further theorized that scalar energy is instructive energy, as the entire universe is instructed by this Divine Essence. Subsequently, all spiritual, cognitive, emotional and physical action in the universe is initiated and maintained by scalar energy instructions. Scalar energy provides order in the universe.
Based on these theories and the work of scientists who came before him, Tom was able to develop scalar energy instruments capable of harnessing and transmitting instructive energy to heal human subjects remotely. You can think of this as similar to a radio broadcast with his instruments as the broadcaster, and your body as the receiver. The difference is that the energy transmitted is not electromagnetic, and is therefore immeasurable by traditional science.
Tom’s instruments provide a remote, fast, harmless and painless treatment process that has successfully healed patients with HIV/AIDS, Ebola, herpes, hepatitis, Lyme disease, and over 400,000 pathogens that cause disease. They administer the scalar energy reverse-phase angle harmonic of a pathogen, thereby causing that agent of infection to disassemble or fall apart. Bacteria, viruses, fungi and protozoan, can all be disassembled, representing a cure for thousands of diseases. Once the causative agent of a pathogen disease has been eliminated, the symptoms associated with that infection decrease or disappear altogether.
