Danna F. Grear, MD is a Clinical Breast Radiologist who has been providing imaging services in Northwest Arkansas since 1989. Dr. Grear, along with Dr. Kevin Pope developed the first image guided breast biopsy program in Northwest Arkansas in 1995. She and Dr. Kevin Pope founded The Breast Center, a MANA Clinic, as the first independent, dedicated breast center in Arkansas in 2003.
Grear is board certified in Radiology by the American Board of Radiology. She completed a Diagnostic Radiology Residency at University Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. She was instrumental in the organization of the Multidisciplinary Breast Conference at Washington Regional Medical Center and currently serves on the Credentials Committee. Grear has been a member of the Mammography Clinical Image Review Committee for the Arkansas Department of Health for over 10 years. She is a current member of the Society of Breast Imaging and the American Society of Breast Disease.
Grear serves on the board for the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Ozark Affiliate and has been an active volunteer since it’s inception in 1998. She received the Komen Cameo award in 2007, a national award recognizing volunteerism. She is actively involved in the community with organizations such as Womenade. Grear serves on the MANA Charitable Fund Board and was key in creating the Murray T. Harris Allied Healthcare Scholarship program.

Dr. Emil A. Tanghetti was born and raised in Sacramento. He attended U.C Davis where he excelled in his studies and received early admission to UCLA School of Medicine after only three years of undergraduate studies. Upon completing his medical studies and a 1-year pathology fellowship Dr. Tanghetti graduated first in his class and received the Dean Warren medal for academic excellence. After finishing residencies in internal medicine at Stanford University and dermatology at Harvard School of Medicine, he completed a photo-medicine fellowship at the Wellman labs at the Massachusetts General Hospital.
Dr. Tanghetti is a board certified dermatologist and a fellow in the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He is currently listed in the “Best Doctors in America” Pacific Region and recognized as “Top Doc” by his peer in Sacramento Magazine. Dr Tanghetti has received the “Hero In Health Care” award for his volunteer work in removing tattoos for the California Youth Authority.
Dr. Tanghetti has been active in clinical studies for over a decade. His research interests have focused on laser surgery, psoriasis, actinic keratosis, photo-aging, and acne vulgaris.

He has Hyperthymesia which means that he remembers every day of his life since he was six years old. He is now 54. This includes the day of the week, the weather, news, and personal events. He was studied at the University of California along with about 50 other people who have this ability. The University calls it Highly Superior Autobiographical Memory.
Remembering every day of his life has its advantages and disadvantages. The advantages are the pleasant memories, such as vacations and good times with family and friends. The disadvantages are that he remembers every slight, every bad day, and every unpleasant incident. He used to remember everything with the same emotional intensity as if it were happening now. Dr. David Weintritt is a board certified breast surgeon and founder of the National Breast Center. Dr. Weintritt completed his college and medical education at the University of Florida. After graduation, he served as a general surgeon in the Air Force at Andrews Air Force Base.
During his tenure as an Air Force surgeon, he was able to work with Bethesda Naval Hospital in offering sentinel node biopsy, a procedure now standard in breast cancer surgery. From there, he entered into private practice in Annapolis, MD where he worked in the hospital’s new breast center; gaining experience in breast ultrasound and minimally invasive approaches for breast disease management.
In 2003, Dr. Weintritt opened his own practice in Alexandria, VA. He started a program for sentinel node biopsy and was the first to bring partial breast radiation to the area.
In 2010, Dr. Weintritt was named a director of the INOVA Mount Vernon Breast Care Institute. He is consistently the highest volume breast cancer surgeon in the INOVA system.
In 2012 Dr. Weintritt founded the National Breast Center to continue raising awareness of new treatment options and to expand services available for breast cancer patients.
In 2014 Dr. Weintritt founded the National Breast Center Foundation with the goal of improving access to care, technology for breast cancer screening and treatment, and giving women in the Washington Metropolitan Area the options they deserve.

Lindy Benton has worked in the Healthcare Information Technology field for more than 20 years and is currently the CEO of EA Holdings, which includes MEA and NEA. Before joining MEA|NEA, Lindy served as divisional executive at The Sage Group, managing a $350 million division with 1,400 employees.
Prior to Sage, Lindy worked at Cerner Corporation for 15 years. She held various leadership positions, wherein she achieved double digit revenue growth while building high performing teams that were consistently recognized year after year with Outstanding Achievement Awards.
Previously, she worked at Digital Equipment Corporation as the division manager responsible for healthcare business in the Southeast. Lindy serves on advisory boards for several health IT and capital investment companies, working with executive teams to drive both acquisition and organic growth strategies in North American and global markets.
