Dr. Tone Dale, Founder of The Health Co-Op spent many years as a family physician and as a missionary, and understands the challenges that are encountered by Christians in an insurance-led health care world.
In 1996, he founded The Karis Group, Inc., to negotiate costs incurred to members of Christian Sharing Organizations. That company has now expanded and works with thousands of members of many various organizations, employer groups and insurance companies.
The Health Co-Op was the natural outgrowth of his concern to provide the best for the Christian public and provides a comprehensive, yet easily affordable, approach to dealing with health care costs, one of the greatest challenges facing our nation.

Rhonda Townsend is President & CEO of Colour Nail Bar, Inc and manages the day to day operations of the business. She is responsible for Colour Nail Bar's growth as one of the most sought after nail bars in Texas. Rhonda has over 20 years of business management experience and has held several management positions throughout her career with ExxonMobil, HP, and other companies. She is versed in strategic planning, customer engagement and performance improvement. She is adept in handling a wide variety of people. Her interpersonal skills and experience managing 20+ employees and handling multiple projects give her a competitive advantage over those salon owners who only have the technical expertise of doing nails. While she is a self-motivated, take-charge person, she also understands the value of working collaboratively with her team to meet customers' expectations.
She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Houston and her MBA from University of Phoenix. Ms. Townsend holds an Advanced Nail Technician certification from MediNails, Inc. She is a member of many professional business networking organizations. Rhonda also taught business courses at DeVry University as an adjunct professor. During prom season, she works with non-profits to donate services to economically challenged young girls. She also mentors youth on various business topics such as Networking 101 and Mentorships.

For 2014, she will be a manicurist in BET's Being Mary Jane Holiday Glam Nail Salon presented by Revlon held in Sugarland, TX. Under her leadership, Colour Nail Bar has developed a number of strategic partnerships to provide increasing awareness about healthy nails and salon sanitation.

Natalie Robinson Garfield has been a practicing psychotherapist in Manhattan and Long Island for over thirty years, specializing in parent-child education. Holding a degree in Infant and Toddler Development and Administration, Garfield has had an extensive career working in individual, couple, family and group therapy. THE SENSE CONNECTION, based on the theory of sense channel hierarchy, draws on her experience working with private patients and conducting large conferences, discussion groups and workshops. Garfield has primarily focused on psychological and developmental work, but she also has a background in program design, staff training and administration.
Garfield was part of the New Age movement in the 1970s, working with The Association for Humanistic Psychology, which sought to move toward a more aware and humane global society. She also designed and directed various programs within the Children’s Aid Society, which provided education for families about subjects ranging from childbirth preparation through parenting. Garfield has also served on the United Nations Commission for the International Year of the Child, bringing awareness to problems such as malnutrition and lack of educational access, affecting children around the world.
She has had over forty years experience as a consultant, supervising and training staff for various institutions, including AT&T, American Express, The Gesell Institute for Child Development, The Montefiore Medical Residency Program, The Gestalt Learning Center, and the Kings County District Attorney’s office.
Garfield is a founding member of the Association for Parent Education and is a featured expert on various television documentaries and radio shows, such as WYNY, CBS Documentary, CBS Evening News, Current Affair Extra, and ABC Eyewitness News. She is also frequently interviewed by news media such as New York Magazine, Self, Working Woman, Cosmopolitan and Parents Magazine. She lives and works in New York City.
